Head Gasket question
I'm in the process of ordering all the parts for my car
Holley Stealth Ram
Trick Flow 23 degree heads
Comp Cam 276HR
ET Streets
So I was wondering which head gasket would match up the best for an 1988 GTA 350? Also with intake gasket woule be best?

Well, a lot depends on the deck height too. You want the "quench area" to be around .045" I think? See what you might have to get for the numbers to match. As far as the intake, get the one that matches your port size the best.

Head Gasket:
Fel-Pro 1010 for high output engines up to 4.155 in. bore (will not indent aluminum heads)
Intake Gasket:
Fel-Pro 1205
Exhaust Gasket:
Fel-Pro 1404
The 1205 intake gasket is almost a perfect fit for the Stealth Ram intake too. I'm use all three with TFS° heads and Holley Stealth Ram, Hooker headers. 1990 or so roller motor block.
Head Gasket:
Fel-Pro 1010 for high output engines up to 4.155 in. bore (will not indent aluminum heads)
Intake Gasket:
Fel-Pro 1205
Exhaust Gasket:
Fel-Pro 1404

The 1010 is a fine head gasket, make sure you get the new design (black material with blue silicone beads around the coolant holes) and not an old one (blue embossed).
Several instances of the old design detaching the fire rings from the backing material and blowing out, not what you want. Hopefully all the old ones are off the shelves by now, just make sure.

FYI: Felpro 1010 is a .039" gasket with a compressed volume of 8.9cc.
A factory small block chev typically will have about a .020-.030 deck height and the stock four relief pistons also are slightly dished and should come in at around -8cc or so (not sure on this - just an educated guess). So with the 64cc chambers on the TFS heads you are looking at a little better than 9.5:1 with that setup.... I would mill the heads down if I were you... A 58cc chamber would put you pretty close to 10:1. You can also look into the Felpro 1043 gasket that is an 8.2cc compressed volume.
