TPS % Open Reading in WinALDL

In Winaldl it is reading my %TPS at WOT as 94%. The TPS is set at .54V at idle. Has anyone tried filing down the hardstop on the throttle body to make it read 100% or is 94% a normal reading for WOT in WinAldl?

Looking at my WinALDL logs, I see my Throttle Position Sensor reading up to 93%, no higher, even though I know I was at WOT a few times. In Tunerpro RT I see my TPS Voltage at 4.14 volts.

I have checked my throttle, if I push the pedal to the floor, the throttle body is wide open, the lever on the cable side touches the stop. So I would guess I either have a bad TPS, or somehow the stop on the throttle body is too early?

Click on Configuration in the WinALDL main screen. You can set the TPS voltage for 0% and 100%. I think those settings are there because your ECM doesn't auto-adjust the base TPS voltage that it sees as 0% like a speed density setup does.

The default setting for 100% is 4.60 volts, so that makes sense.

Does the ECM see 4.14 volts as WOT then, or am I never getting into WOT mode in the ECM?

Just curious... I think I need a new TPS anyways.

I meant that the default setting for 100% in WinALDL is 4.60 volts... I'm not too familiar with how that ECM determines WOT..
