That would more likely be "sticking closed", but we got the idea. If it were the oil pressure switch, it wouldn't matter whether the ignition was on or off - The pump would still run.

I took my t/a on about a two hour trip the other day, when I shut the car off the pump kept running for close to a minute. It sounded like it was cavatating after a few seconds, kind of like it was spinning a lot of rpms but not moving any fuel, then it would slow down like it was getting under a load again. It went back and forth like that untill it finally shut off. It did it after I arrived home as well. It does not do this when I drive the car on shorter trips, I drive the car daily and It runs just fine under all conditions. Does this sound like the oil pressure switch?

A good test is to take a screwdriver and tap on the fuel pump relay (one of the relays on the firewall - driver side). If the fuel pump shuts off, it's the relay. If tapping doesn't help, you can pull the fuel pump relay connector. Again, if the fuel pump shuts off, it's the relay sticking.
Another good test would be to get under the car and tap the oil pressure switch/sender. It's just above the fuel filter, sticking out of the side of the block (for post-86 engines).

ived try what you said but it still running.... i have unplugged the connector of the oil/fuel pressure switch and i jump 2 of the 3 wire and my fuel pump was running with the ignition off so i dont thinks is the oil/pressure switch is sticking...but i dont know if it seem possible but my fuel pump has start alway running on ignition when my ignition module has busted when i was in WOT .. and now my ecm seem bugged when i want to start the car, the ecm dont send any signal on the injector, i have to take off the ecm fuse and put it back like five time and then it start, now it alway do that when is cold or hot ... maybe my cheap jobber module has busted up my ecm...what you guys thinking..
