Engine: L98, LB9 RESPECTIVLY
Transmission: 700 R4 (BOTH)
Is it possible for an O2 sensor to get too hot?...

...and if it did, what kind of problems would it cause, if any?

I don't think it's possible, but it would be a function of the exhaust temps.
