Yeah as long Bosch made them and not DENSO (you will see this at the side of the injector) I got the Denso ones :/ changing them out for Bosch III modified from FIC soon. Bosch III has the best spray pattern on the market.
And the Ford ones are rated at 39.15PSI and they will flow more at our pressure ~44 (in our fuelrail) so they will flow more.. hopefuly you got the Bosch made and not the Denso ones..
Keep me posted of your change and how it turns out.

Re: idle problem.. shaking..
I have exactly the same issues as you at the moment and have also changed most of the electrical system.
Compression is spot on , no vacuum leask as far as i can tell ( I used spray), dissy changed , plugs wires cap and rotor changed and still I get a bloody annoying misfire on idle.
It does smooth out slightly when i raise the revs but its still there. I have also had issues with some back firing and on one occasion it didn't want to start at all.
I'm going to change by fuel filter tonight and put an additive to try and clean the injectors a little. I've ohms tested them and they checked out but there could be a blockage. I left my car in storage for around a year without really using it and so the fuel may be crap.
Highly annoying problem so i sympathise with you

Re: idle problem.. shaking..
I found my problem. Bad injectors. I tried Accel, and Ford Racing (SVO) denso made. and Then I tried Bosch III from FIC and they solved my problems. The car runns and idles GREAT now. So I recommend Jons Bosch III from Fuel Injector Connection anyday, they do miracles, they are flowmatched, have great spray pattern and they got 3 years warranty, he sells them for 169,95.
So im really happy with it.

Ok, well, I know this is an old thread, but think it is well worth reviving since the problem was alleviated by the OP
I would like to share my experience with basically the same issue the OP had experienced with idle shake. With the search's made through TGO , this was the most helpful to me in isolating this very frustrating problem.
In my situation the , I had replaced the injectors a year ago with Bosch because the car had been sitting for many many years, a 1989 IROC. Long story short, after starting the car , we soon found that the motor had internal damage, a spun crank bearing. Immediately shut the motor down, and went thru the rebuild process.
Jump ahead to March , 2018, motor back in and fired up, engine ran and sounded good but the idle was a bit unstable , 400-600 rpm. No engine codes. Checked for vacuum leaks and fuel leaks. The fuel pressure was steady. Funny thing was, as I increased the revs , the engine 'appeared; to smooth out. I say 'appeared' because I was getting no backfire or hesitation when I hit the pedal while on the road doing test runs. There was obviously something not right though in it's throttle response. I had put in roughly 80 miles on the motor. I should mention that before running - I added some Lucas injector cleaner in the tank.
Was deliberating whether or not it was the IAC or something else, bad spark/ignition module, distributor, coil, etc. Just could not convince my self that possibility of the injectors being the cause......until I read this thread. One thing though to mention that made me decide also was the fact that the injectors sat on a shelf from around August to March, roughly 7 months. Anything involving fuel, sitting for such a length, well it should have hit me.
After having the injectors removed and sent out to a local specialist shop to have them checked, tests came back where 2 of them were completely clogged - absolutely no spray was coming out of them - the car was running on 6 cylinders. The owner/operator of the business explained that the mixture of ethanol in the gas is the culprit for shortening the length of time it takes for fuel to solidify/gel and cause all sorts of havoc to small mechanical/electrical devices. He's had many experiences with these sort of issues, and I can't think of any other reason why it can't be the case unless these injectors were sold to me defective to begin with. But I can't prove that because of the condition the motor was in and the very short time it was running - about 2 minutes, lol.
Well I was floored when I heard this. Can't wait to get the injectors back into the car! Will keep posting to note the results
