Axle/Gears: 3.73(coming soon)
trick flow heads with stock tpi intake
will the trick flow 23 heads for "89 with center bolt valve covers fit the tpi intake bolts

Yes. I have it on my firebird with Center bolt valve covers. If using the stock covers, you will need to modify the inside bracing.
