How would these parts help?
Im planning on ordering some parts soon and im wondering how much theyed help or hinder me. I have a lb9 and right now it has just a magnaflow exhaust (4th gen) and a accel high perormance cap an rotor (not on yet). Im gonna order new wire plugs an headers
(http://store.summitracing.com/partde...?part=NGK-7401 plugs
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...part=MSD-31839 wires
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...rt=HOK-2055HKR headers)
i was wondering if that stuff would help me anything noticible. I assume it would but if those headers and my 3 in exhaust wouldnt that be to much flow?

91z 2 8,
As it pertains to the order of most gain would be the headers and then arguably the wires/plugs. Edelbrock has a set as well with the same diameter just depends on your budget. Also you might want to shot Dyno Don a pm at the socal section. He has a set that you could use just depends on if you are going to do any future mods.
As far as the plugs go, A/C Delco makes a very good set of plugs and they don't cost as much. Do a search.
The wires are good but you could also go with the 8mm to save a few dollars too.
So definitely headers first and check to see from the manu of the headers or the sales agent if you would need to use shorty plugs with them.
Take care,
Rabi C.

91z 2 8,
I have used the ac delco fr3ls but this is for aluminum heads and so it runs a bit cooler. Try to do a cross reference to see if there is a hotter range version of that short plug. Try to call the header manu or summit/jegs or local parts supplier. Or find the stock 91' 305 plug and see if they can find the shortie equivalent. Here is a link to see how to read a plug:
http://www.acdelco.com/parts/sparkpl...tification.jsp
The fr3ls doesn't have 2 numbers but they changed that id recently.
Sorry I couldn't be any more help. If you need more help pm me, do a search, or just post a question.
