Crane Hi-6s misfire

Ok I brought a Crane Hi-6s, map sensor, and timing controller, a while back so I can use it to help control timing underboost till I switch ecms. Well anyway I have just tried hooking up the box with out all the add-ons and the thing is missing from idle-1500 and above 4400 rpms. I did exactly what it recommends I replace coil with the Crane FIREBALL that I brought with the box, plus I put new magnetic pickup, ignition module, cap, rotor, Taylor Thundervolt 8.2mm wires, sparkplugs. And the thing still misses, I also installed a relay kit to ensure that the box was getting correct voltage and it still misses. I dont know what is going on.

Of course I can't get Crane tech support since they aren't doing that anymore. LMAO.

So any suggestions on what could be wrong? The car isn't turboed yet, it has bolt-ons thats it. Car doesn't miss fire without box hooked up.

Also Car is 89 GTA 5.7L with mods in sig.

Thanks
Jason
