building 383 with stock tpi.. Head cam choice help

Wondering if anyone has kept the stock intake setup as i dont have enough cash right nw to upgrade it. I just dont know what heads and cam i could go with. i would like to pretty much get the MAX power i can get out of it. A lt1 intake will be in the works as soon as I get a little xtra money. Also what size injectors wuld you run
I would like 400hp and close to 500ft lbs only reson I dont wanan wait till i can get the intake is because i blew my motor and have to get this done now

I knew I had remembered reading that some time ago.. I just reread that whole article and couldnt did see any specifics on the heads. It just says they used trick flow heads???
im guessing maybe these?

Doesn't say they are anything special ; could be the regular 195's for $1000
