86 iroc TPI no start

Car: 1986 Camaro Iroc Z

Engine: V8 305 TPI

Transmission: 700R4

86 iroc TPI no start

when ever i cold start the engine (even in the summer) i have the pump the pedal to get it to even catch then a lil more for it to fully turn on, cant figure out why, any ideas?

"Pumping " the pedal cuts off fuel supply to engine so maybe you are running rich at startup?
Leaking injectors or leaking cold start injector?

you sure thats what pumping does? sometimes when i drive my friends behind me say it smells like im running rich, so that might be it. but when its warm up it starts right up

Pumping, or WOT while cranking disables the injectors to clear a flood condition.
