Car wont start

Posted in electronics and did get much response. I swapped my 350 tpi out of my 85 to my 84. Problem now is the injectors are not firing. We have tested and all injectors are getting power and the wires go back to the correct pin on ECM. One thing i have missing is the VSS Buffer and Intake air temp sensor... these wouldnt cause my issues would they? I am thinking the ECM is malfunctioning. Any help is appreciated.
