TPI swap advice
Hey fellas! What are the chances that a stock tpi intake setup will run properly on my 355 sbc with a 280h comp cam, 60cc trick flow heads controlled by a holley efi harness/ecu?
I have a really clean setup sitting on my shelf for a decade....I love the look but have been told to stay carb'd. Just a weekend warrior car, no track or strip.... looking to do something different this year.
Opinions?

TPI intake will reduce potential max HP by around 8% to 18%. The OEM TPI will be close to 18%. A high performance TPI like ASM will be more like 8%. It will move the torque curve down low and increase max torque though. So if your 355 is capable of, let's say, 350hp, a stock TPI intake will probably bring it down to 285hp.
Here's a good summary:
