Those numbers mean nothing. You need something like CB G 112 1 E

What do you want to know about it?
Count the cover bolts, it's either 9 or 10; that will tell you if it's either a 9- or a 10-bolt. Then take the cover off and look at the gears, they will have their ratio stamped on the edge of the ring gear. Then look inside the carrier and see if there are clutches; if there are, it's a posi, if not, it's not.
Don't waste your time trying to ID a rear end by any other means, they are notoriously unreliable.
Take off the cover and look!!!! If you haven't changed the fluid lately, you need to pop it off anyway. Just go ahead and do it.
