9 bolt ?'s.

Well to start off, have you ever bought something thinking you got a good deal, only to get it home take it a part and find out you got one of the best deals of your life? Well this morning it happened to me. I was looking for a new rear for my car and a guy emailed me a $600 offer on a newly rebuilt 3.73 posi disk rearend. I emailed him back becuase it was a little step for me. He emailed me back saying it was just sitting in the way and he need it moved, how about $350. Sounded like a good deal, for a 10 bolt with richmond 3.73s. I picked it up yesterday looked it over a little and it looked good to go, new brakes and everything. I took it home in a snow storm yesterday and didnt look at it much after I unloaded it. This morning I go out to the garage where I store my parts and work on my car, to drain the oil and check it out. Go to remove the cover bolts there are only 9! Drain the oil count the ring gear 37 teeth and 10 on the pinoin. I got a fresh rebuilt 9 bolt 3.70 posi with new disk brakes and pads for $350. The 9 bolt is the same form and fit as a 10 bolt right?
