Car: 87 GMC sierra classic
Engine: fresh 350, minor mods (its been de-emissioned too)
Transmission: professionally re-built 700R4, REALLY hard shifts & bigger clutch packs
it partially depends on what kind of driving the car will be seeing, but i think around 2000 should be good.

i don't rember what rpm it was running at on the high way.
there web site says the rpm operating range is 1200 to 5400
so would it be ok to put a 2000 stall converter on it or would 2400 be better. i don't know alot about this stuff
