need a trans guru
i have a very strange problem. when my car is cold my trans works just fine but when my engine gets warm the trans doesnt work at all. all the gears are like neutral. when my car is in park or neutral there is a buzzing from the trans but it goes away in reverse and drive. i think it might be the torque converter but im not sure. i hope someone can help. thanks in advance

That buzz is a common symptom of the oil pump pulsation noise in these transmissions. I'm guessing that it goes away completely with just a slight increase in engine RPM, correct?

yes it does. does that mean i have to replace the whole trans? also i checked the fluid and it look like it has too much but i have never put any in so if it does have too much it has had it for a while.
