Speedo Drive gear question
Odd question. But will the drive and driven gears from a th350 work in a t-5?
the teeth count does not matter to me at all. since i have a digital dash in the car now that will calibrate to use any drive gear ratio for the speedo gears.. I just need to know if the gears in the th350 will successfully work in a t-5 tranny. along with the sleeve..

Car: '85 TA
Engine: Carb'd 350, ported 416s
Transmission: retrofitted T5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 7.62" 10-bolt, locker
from the gears i have seen, the ones from automatic cars are about an inch in diameter, whereas the ones from a t5 are about 3/8 of an inch in diameter. maybe if you had a big hammer...
