Whats going on with my axle bearings?

I don't know alot about rear ends but I know this is not right. Can anyone tell me what went wrong here? These are new axles from a Strange S60 I noticed this when I was fabricating brake mounts to fit my bear +2 rotors. One bearing is pressed on 9.23 mm more than the other. so the brakes fit on one side and not the other every time I call Strange they act like I'm full of it.

Thanks you where right, I guess its the one on the right they left the "wedding ring" in. I sent them pics and they finally believed me that something was wrong looks like they are going to make it right now.
