What is a B&M shifter??

What are those B&M shifter kits for automatics? Do they act like a manual transmission? im sorry if this question has already been asked.

Depends on which one you're talking about, some of them have a ratchet shifter, so you can change gears up or down without having to press any buttons (just mash it).

What do you mean by act like a manual?

I think he is talking about the shift kit, not the shifter he asked about. Maybe.
