Car: 1991 Pontiac Firebird
Engine: 3.8
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Dana 60
Which Stage for my 700r4?
Is this a good rebuild kit and will it be able to handle my setup I currently have?

You should be good to go, this is what makes it work:
"Sealed Power Beast sunshell"
Make sure to have your housing checked out. If you've had a failure, you may be in trouble with internal damage. Sometimes it's better to use a junkyard good running pull transmission to shell down and rebuild than one that has already failed.

Unless the transmission is total, use what you have, you know the history of it. And if it is a "virgin" unit, so much the better.

Naw, my current one lost 3rd and 4th gear. That is why I am rebuilding it stronger. Lost it on the highway doing a WOT run.
