Tranny Shifting too Early...Help
My 700R4 shifts through the gears really quick, like 25mph, 4th gear. I have to shift it through the gears manually. Will a shift kit help fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Could be either.
If you have changed gear ratios, the governor is likely the culprit. But a slight rear gear change shouldne make it shift into 4th at such a low speed.
If you have messed with the TB unit, TBI unit or Carb (whichever applies) then probably you didnt reset the TV cable or did it improperly.
The governor could also be sticking. If so, I would do a fluid flush and refill with new fluid. B4 installing new fluid, remove the governor assembly, clean it with mineral spirits and make sore it operates freely B4 reinstalling it.
Other than that could be a biding or broken TV cable, come loose inside the tranny or the TV valve in the VBody had failed.
