Help! Need a t56 shifter detent spring!
Howdy folks,
Long story short, i took my t-56 apart to reseal the leaky adapter plate to the main case and while pulling the main case i found that whoever had the trans apart last time didn't put the detent spring back in. This explains the sloppy shifter. No one lists this part and i didn't get an email back from any parts guys i contacted. I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have one available? Can anyone give me the unsprung length, wire diameter, and inner and outer coil diameters? I need to start looking for one so i can bolt this pig back together.
Thanks,
Mike
