T-5 Rebuild questions

I'm going to have my world class T-5 rebuilt professionally soon. I have a few problems, though. I've lost 5th gear, I think that the gear has come unattached from the shaft, as I lost it suddenly. I've heard about snap-rings breaking, and letting gears spin on the shaft. I've never actually had my T-5 apart, so I could be wrong. Does an average rebuilt kit come with the new parts to fix my 5th gear?
Problem #2 is that reverse gear is missing teeth. I am wondering if anyone makes replacement reverse gears I can use, or do I have to buy a used one. Any other world class T-5 related suggestions are welcome, too.
I'm going to try to supply all the parts, so I know where they came from, the quality, etc.
Thanks.

They specialize in the Mustang T-5's but there's really very little difference between those and the Camaro/Firebird versions. I rebuilt mine last month, much easier than I thought, just take your time, and double-check EVERYTHING!

Thanks, I think I'll buy the rebuild video too. Give it the ole college try.
Birdofprey: I'm pretty sure that the damage to the reverse assembly is affecting only the reverse assembly. I guess I'll see when I have it all apart.

Don't buy the video from them for ~$17, I'll sell you mine for $10 and the shipping, which shouldn't be very much! I prob. won't need it for a long while, and I can help out a board member at the same time.

Let me know!

I rebuilt mine myself. If I remember right, 5th gear is part of the countershaft. There is a smaller gear on the output shaft I think is removable, but it would not come off unless the output shaft brok in half(doubtful). You probably shattered the lock ring that lock the shaft with the gear. Any of these parts will not come in a standard(or any) rebuild kit. You will just have to order them from a transmission shop and/or a transmission parts supply. Same story on the reverse gear. The rebuild kit I got came with syncros, berings, seals. That is really all you need in a standard rebuild. However my tranny needed new dogs, imput and output shafts. I had to order these separate.
