I just had a Eaton posi installed and was wondering if they make a noise. I seem to hear a light ticking noise when breaking and or turning. Is this normal ?

Reason: spelling
Nope, they don't make that noise. They make a poping noise when turning a sharp corner. They can also pop when driving if the tires are not the same diameter, don't have equal wear or don't have the same air pressure. It is VERY important that the rear tires be exactly the same diameter. If you have been doing a lot of one wheel burnouts and the right tire is worn more than the left then replacethe tires. Your noise is probably coming from the brakes or somethign else.
