Car: 84 camaro, 92 yota 4runner
Engine: 305 lg4 out of 81 z28
Transmission: th350
Axle/Gears: Not sure believe its 3.23
th350 to 700r4 lock up question
my 85 camaro has had a th350 swap done to it. the tranny is dead right now and i already have an 83 parts car with 700r4 transmission that was good, i know i need to take transmission, driveshaft, shifter, cross. What i want to know is what do i need to make the overdrive work in the 700r4 in the other car, i am gonna asume the pluggin that goes in the transmission is for that, where do the wires lead to and what do i need thanks!

can i possibly just hoke it up to a switch when i want the tcc locked and free? The way i am seeing it i only need a 12 volt source for it to lock up am i right?

okay so i am going to asume the wiring for electronical components is from the pluggin on the transmission, their are 4 terminals, wich ones would i need to plug it up to a switch?
