Looking for a way to lube the TV Plunger into the trani. Trani slips 1st into 2nd ONLY WHEN COLD. If the TV cable was out of adjustment or the trani is shot I'm assuming the above slip would happen all the time. Changed fluid/filter and checked fluid level properly 2 weeks ago > no fix. the only problem, 1st into 2nd is GONE when she is carefully warmed up. I read this article "TV cable 101" www.tvmadeez.com If the TV cable needed replaced or out of adjustment my bad shifts should happen all the time??? Not just when cold??? > So I am wondering if the plunger into the trani is gubbered up and sticks when cold?< Is hammering the plunger/linkage externally with WD-40 gonna help. I have thought this out carefully and did homework to figure this out on my own. She shifts great when warm Am I missing something? Trani wise guy, eh?
