4L60E swap wiring HELP!!
Hi guys, just helping a friend here with 91 Z28 350 TPI. He recently did a swap from the 700R to the 4L60E, he got the EZ-TCU connected to the transmission already. The car runs and everything, but he didn't know what to do to make the speedo work. Meaning there are two wires from the TCU he does not know what to do with them and where to connect them to. An orange wire and another wire that says on it "flash enable". If anyone knows anything or have some info about the subject any help would be appreciated.

Re: 4L60E swap wiring HELP!!
Problem Solved!!!
For those who had the same issues, here is the layout of the problem and the solution:
Not only we couldn't figure out where to connect the output speedo wire from the TCU to the car, we didn't got any speed reading on the TCU screen itself. Apperantly the plug that we used to connect the TCU to the VSS was wired wrong. Once we changed between the wires, we were able to get a speed reading on the TCU. Now we needed to figure out where to connect the orange wire(speedo output) from the TCU to the car speedo without taking apart the whole instrument panel. After looking at some diagrams we saw there suppose to be a grey wire that goes to the speedo from the ECM (brown wire if you have TBI). Problem was, we discovered there are two grey wires coming to the instrument panel. The way we discovered which one was the correct one without taking everything apart and splicing both of them was the fact that with the grey wire that goes to the speedo there is a black/white ground wire that goes with it as well. Everything works now.
