Strange T.C. Noise

Strange T.C. Noise
Does anyone know what this sounds like? My 91 bird is a 3.1 liter, and when the T.C. engages i get a slight little grinding noise. It is just a low pitch short grind. It doesn't sound real bad. And it only does it every once in a great while. Oh yeah and it only seems to do it when the converter is disengaged and then re-engaged quickly. Any ideas?

Yeah, i am sure i have a T.C. It's a small little baby one, but i do have one. I belive my trans is the 700r4? Auto of course. I only hear the sound when it re-engages quickly after dis-engaging, anyone else have any ideas?
