FYI - I Won a set of WS6 Sway Bars on Ebay today...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1839425832

If they are "true" WS6 bars they should be 36mm Hollow front and 24mm Solid Rear.

I am currently running the "level 1" package with the 30mm front and 18mm rear.

I plan on getting my bushings/endlinks from P-S-T and will be ording those shortly.

Other Suspension Mods I plan on doing:

Front Rebuild Kit (P-s-t)
Boxed LCAs
Boxed Panhard Bar
LCA Relocation Kit
Shocks & Struts

And of corse the Chassis Mods:

IROC wonderbar
BMR Fabrication STB
Spohn SFC

Anyone want to list all the other bushing that I should buy now?

Good call. I hope you're not paying too much. I'm actually gonna get a set also....$15 each at Pick-A-Part.

You're gonna get the master front-end kit from PST, right? With ball joints and everything?

i paid a little more than I wanted to, but hey, its WS6 bars!!!!!!

$53 plus shipping...

All the pull it parts that I have found lay there cars on the floorboards and don't sell parts under the car. Someone already cut off the a flowmaster Cat-back with 4 inch tips crome and they wouldn't sell it to me, i don't know why? I mean somebody already took it off, laying in the hatch and all...

you need to learn more junk yard tips

buy a sheesh load, & throw those exhaust tips in the mix.If they still say no, leave, don't go there anymore. Hookup with Brandywine Auto Parts , about 20 mins or so south of Andrews AFB. They're a good outfit & have a locator network along the east coast.

There's also another parts yard further down 301 in Waldorf.

I dunno if the aftermarket ones are any better than stock, but you can't beat the price of junkyard parts. I just got back from Pick-A-Part where I picked up IROC front and rear sway bars for only $24!!

Damn, that's messed up. What if you wanted a brake caliper or a transmission? Are they just screwing with you, or do they treat everyone like that? How the hell do they stay in business?

Don't laugh
Try local parts houses.
Why?
these parts are dirt cheap and plentiful.
How about a 4 Wheel Drive place or Rice burner paddy shack?
By the time ya pay for shipping.....
Price shop around.
I've gone to performance Suspension Components in AZ for stuff.
These days, local vendors want the money more, so I give it to them.
Open yellow pages.
These parts cost about $15-20 or so per set.

Well the bars arrived yesterday, and i didn't waste any time...

yes they are the 36mm Hollow Front/24mm Solid Rear

I sanded and painted the rear bar with "Rust-oleum" Gloss Black Enamel and it is dryin currently...

The Front bar is big, i knew how big 36mm was, but i didn't think it was BIG. It is about 3/4 finished sanding (my arms got tired) and i will finish today

It came with all the bushings and endlinks too! An even better bonus, the endlinks are POLY (and in blue)! So i think i will use those for now...

THe only place that sells 36mm front sway bar bushings is guldstrand.com and there 19.95!!!!! gosh thats expensive... But i'll order those later today when they open (there in california, which would make it 7 oclock in the morning, i doubt there open that early) (they are polygraphite too)

Say Hello To Dick for me.
Used to visit his shop when down the street located in Thunder Alley of Culver City.
YOU DO KNOW WHO DICK GULDSTRAND IS??????????
He's in Burbank now.
Spend the money on his catalog and only get it, if he autographs it for ya!!! ASK!! I need to have him autograph his old catalogs for me. Gotta pay him a visit....

You can also try 800-572-3768 Performance Suspension Components AZ.
Ask for Larry, tell him a customer in SoCal (from Long Beach Swap meet days) recommended you to him.
www.performancesuspension.com

WHEN ya finally ready to tighten all fittings, THE CAR MUST BE LEVELED & PROPER WHEEL STANCE on the ground, NOT tires cantered inward.
If this NOT FOLLOWED you have pre-loaded the bars and the ride is totally screwed up.
IT's awkward, but, this MUST be followed. Turn wheels L-R to access top of the sway bars while car on ground.....

Try installing and following this advice in my 1974 Corvette with about 2" ground clearance.....
Front sway bar.... TRY WEIGHTS!! I have 1 1/4" solid front...
