1991 Firebird stalls

I am posting this for a friend.

"My car is still acting up. Dropping RPMs acting like it's going to stall when the pedal is in a certain position. It's the same position every time, and I can make it do it. If I accelerate from a stop only to get up to about 15mph, it stalls. I tried pumping the gas pedal, but it doesn't work. If I accellerate from a stop to get up to about 40mph it acts like it's going to stall - the RPMs drop and speed drops, but if I just hold my foot there it will eventually correct itself in a few seconds. Sometimes I have to pump the gas to get it to accelerate again. At higher speeds like 70 on the highway I have to pump the gas hard and a lot"

Thought it was her tps but I tested it and there are no dead spots. She has replaced one injector a year ago because it was bad. There is no check engine light. I am thinking this may be a fuel related issue. Any help would be great.

Re: 1991 Firebird stalls

Sorry for the long delay.
Engine is the 3.1 liter.
Fuel Pressure at idle is 38psi

It pulled 42 psi getting up to speed driving
And it pulled 46ish psi when the vehicle was stomped on.
The fuel pressure seams fine to mw with a vacuumed refrenced FPR
The TPS is not the prob, I checked it out slowly going from closed throttle to WOT with my DVOM, 0.4v at closed and 4.92 at WOT. Seems good to me.
