Wanting new carb
Okay guys I have a mostly stock 2.8L (just different cam and lifters, exhaust etc.)
Anyways I have the crappy Rochester Verajet E2SE carb. It's been giving me nothing but problems even after a rebuild. All vacuums properly connected.
My question is, would the Holley 350cfm Street avenger be an acceptable replacement, or should i just stick with the E2SE and continue to tinker with it?

Re: Wanting new carb
I have always had it in my mind to get the edelbrock base and top intake manifold and run the 390 cfm Holley, or see if I could use a 350 cfm 2 barrel with the edelbrock pieces just waiting on my e2se carb to crap out . the other problem i for see is the throttle linkage youll probably have to fab something as the 350 carb's hammer is on the opposite side of the e2se
