Code 43 and More Problems

Hey guys! I'm pulling code 43, initially it only happened after driving for 30+ minutes. I let my friend borrow the car the other night, and he brings it back stalling and running really rough. It sounds as though it's running on 2 or 3 cylinders. Any possible ideas on what could be done? Researched code 43 and don't want to go replacing the knock sensor if I don't have to. Prior to this event the car was running well.

Thanks for the help!

Re: Code 43 and More Problems

Fixed the issue. I got 2 wires from my computer cut so after finding that I fixed it and it works fine again!

Though a newer problem is this car gets TERRIBLE fuel mileage. Any ideas on where I should look too?
