3.1 V6 Running Rich problem!?

My 1991 Camaro V6 is running rich an fouling out the spark plugs! It started one morning where i would start up the car in the winter to warm it up an it ran rough almost like it wass clogged in the exhaust. When i warmed up a bit i drove it 5 miles to my friends an then parked it for 4 hours. I started it an it ran rough again but it was like 30degrees out i waited for it to warm up then it stalled on me i tried again an it only cranked repeatedly but wont run!??????
I have month old parts all though the car Iac, ignition coil, air temp sensor, tps, 02 sensor, fuel filter, injectors, distributor and cap, spark plugs, knock sensor connector this week working on it i checked the fuel pressure regulator an injectors whick are ok along with the other new parts? I replaced the coolant temp sensor an the ignition control module. But when i replaced the tps the weird thing is when cold start the idled at 1000rpm went up to 2500 rpm an didnt go down but at the same time a huge amount of white smoke out the back???? Which was telling me it was running super rich! so i would turn it off an back on then it idled fine?????

Help please

white smoke is coolant. black smoke is fuel. blue smoke is oil.

Re: 3.1 V6 Running Rich problem!?

White smoke, on a cold start can also be moisture in the exhaust. However, a lot of white smoke pouring out during warm operation could indicate a coolant leak. The antifreeze will burn, and the water will not, making steam. The exhaust will also have a noticeably different smell to it. I get a lot of white smoke, on a cold start, too.

I also have no smog pump, and the smoke doesn't start pouring out, for at least a minute, during cold starts. It also makes a difference how cold your ambient temp outside is. In the summer, you may not get as much, but during winter you will get more. Air humidity also plays a factor. Moist, damp air has more water, hence more steam. Dry, arid climates will see less smoke, as there is less moisture in the air.

Trust me, I live in Ohio. We have an extremely moist climate. Just buy a thirdgen, that has lived in Ohio. You'll find lots of rust, in very hard to find spots, where the moisture in the air east through the floor and body welds.
