ruff racing 278 wheels. can i fix this?

Car: currently 91 camaro
Engine: soon to be 350 turbo
Transmission: soon to be 4l80e
Axle/Gears: 99 ss rear end with richmond 4:11's
ruff racing 278 wheels. can i fix this?
I'm buying these wheels from someone off his 99 camaro ss that was totaled. i'm getting a GREAT deal on them but this one tires has some serious damage.. can it be fixed? does anyone know of a company i could send them to to get that one rim fixed and the rest polished back up. i was told by a local shop that it couldnt be fixed.

IMPO, that rim is junk, and the company would probably charge u what u payed for the rims to fix it. that damage looks pretty bad, atleast the first pic

thanks for the input guitar, i found a place in Cincinnati last night that said they would weld and straighten it for $90 so i think i'll at least give it a try.

That is VERY fixable. Just take it to someone who has experience doing wheel repairs, not just somebody that thinks they can heat it up & straighten it up.
These guys know their business. I've used them before & will again if I ever need to.

If you look through the Before & After pics of the work they've done, you'll have no doubt that they know their stuff.
All the pics on that page are After, but click on any & it'll show you a side by side of the Before & After, then you can scroll through all the pics using your arrow keys & see each wheels Before & After pic.
And if you wanted to do anything like powdercoating them...Maybe just the face & leave a polished or different colored lip, they can do that too.

I used Dallas. Shipped them there & they shipped them back. Had them widened from 9" to 11", cleaned up the minor rash on the outer lip then powdercoated them.

"widened" wow then they definitly know there stuff. i just talked to them and they had me send the photos of the rims so i'll post what they say when they reply. i hope they can fix them, there nice rims and for the money... id like to keep.

hm thats cool to know, i didnt think anyone would fix them. well now i know, keep that in mind if i ever need one fixed
