HELP...need help with 18" rear rim selection

hey guys...i recently ordered a set of boss 338 for my gta, factory rear end....anyway the guys told me i couldn't go any bigger than a245 40 18 on the back...i know they are wrong,im looking for that staggered stance.and would like a 275 tire on the back and stock width on the front...any suggestions on how wide of a rim and the backspacing/spacers i would need to accomplish this? i did some reading through stickies but ppl keep going off track in them and can't find the exact info i need... i think i need a 9.5 inch wife rim but that's all i know...im a noob here lol first set of rooms ever
thanks for any input.

Re: HELP...need help with 18" rear rim selection

front, 18x8 with 4.5" of bs will be a factory fit

rear 18x9.5 with 5.5 or 6" of bs will fit nicely and work with a 275. 6" is better, will tuck the wheel nicer. might need some light hammering, nothing crazy.
