Painting stock rims?
I have 91 RS 16" wheels, and i want to paint them a bit differently...
I want the inside to be aqua like my car, but the outside black, if you understand what i mean by that. How would i do this?
I'm not too experienced on stiping and painting wheels, how do i need to prep these specific wheels? There is brake dust on them, and I just did a brake job, i want them to look nice. Thanks for any imput.

Prep is everything
1. Automotive paint stripper let sit and let chemical do the work
2. Sand to rough the areas that need to paint, good time to polish wheel
3. Mask off areas not need paint
3. Wheel Spray paint primer or high heat primer for metal couple coats and
4. Paint wheel with paint of choice 3 or so coats
6. Unmask freshin up polish areas then spray clear on entire wheel
Spray on clear tends to turn yellow when aging vs powdercoating
Prep prep prep and prep painting over a bad prep no matter how good paint or painting skills is will result in bad result

Re: Painting stock rims?
Yeah IMO leave the teal off the wheels, but it's your car. The black and polished look is not a bad idea.
