Looks like crosslaces and some antique model tires.

Those look like black GTA rims, 16x8s. As for the tires he's got two different types (firehawks on the front and futuras on the back). Judging by the bulge the back tires appear to be 275s or something around that size. The front tires look like 235s, maybe 245s.
