The car seems to have lost alot of power. With the old chip I used to be able to put the gas down and pin myself back into the seat, but with this chip its like driving a yugo. The car screams but doesnt go anywhere. Very disapointed.

 

I bought one when I switched to dual exhaust
I'm happy with it

 

Jury is still out on mine. I have extensive mods that really require further tuning. My motor is nowhere near where it should be from a power output standpoint. In their defense, they have offered to modify it once I get them some data from a scanner, wideband O2 and dyno graph.

Their is no substitute for either burning your own prom or at least havin the person burning the prom do it on a dyno.

Remember guys if you have a Stage 2 chip you really need to use premium fuel and a 160 degree stat. If you lost power maybe it's the knock sensor retarding the timing. I emailed Ed about the optimum base timing and he said keep it at spec, the chip will take care of the spark curve.
