i have a 1990 camaro rs, and am looking to get a pair of recaro seats put in. does anyone know of places that sell these, and what the price range for them is, also how difficult might the instillation be?

 

You had to bring this up didn't you?! I just missed a MINT pair of black recaros that sold for $175 this weekend. I decided not to buy them because they were black. Stupid! Stupid!

They're online. Just run a search. Installation should be easy as they make brackets designed for our cars. Also, look into Monanco seats. Very similiar but less expensive.

You mean Flo Fit? They're substantially cheaper than recaros, and Tom Keliher has them and was very happy with them last time I discussed it with him.

Tom,thanks for the link. I put 93 300ZX seats in my RS. It too some substantial work to the seat tracks but they fit. However the driver side needs to be recovered and that will cost at least $300. So for a few dollars more I can get a brand new seat. hmmmmmm
