i really need advice on the best application for my car. i am dropping the gm 350/330 horsepower motor in my 85 z28. what header would be the best to fit and run good. i was thinking of the shorty hooker 2055's but the application says 86-90 models?? will these work?? if not what will thanks a ton

 

any of the headers made for an 82-92 f-body will fit. the only differences are the way the catalytic convertor mounts. (bolt in, slip fit with clamps ect,) any exhaust shop should be able to mount your existing convertor and cat back to any of the header kits available.

 

well since you putting in a different engine the hooker headers should fit.

try looking in the exhaust board for more info.
