hey, i am thinking about buying a computer chip for my stock 91 rs. i just got it and im looking for some good mods. what kind of gains should i get from a chip and what kind? ive heard good about hypertech. let me know what you guys think. thanks

the hypertech thermomaster is a good start for a pretty much stock engine. you can get them cheap used if you look around. you wont feel a huge difference, but at higher RPMs you will probly feel a little. pretty good mod in the beginning if you can get one at a good price. just make sure that you change your t-stat and set your base timing.

dude don't waste your money on a HyperTech chip
you wont see any difference in your cars preformance.i went that route once and all i did was get lighter in the pocket booki WAS running a 30 over 305 tbi with headers,aftermarket exhaust and a RV cam so i wasn't too far from stock.
didn't notice a thing!!!
if i were you get ahold of BORT62 on here and he can make ya up a custom chip.
