Heat it with a torch where you want it to bent.

The loop option is down temporarily. I'm working on a new set up that will be adjustable side to side and up and down. Yes, it will cost more than $40.00 as it's much more involved. But if you want a loop that is adjustable for any type of application, this will be the ticket.
WOW who else does that?
Golf clap sound.
Man I'm now sold on your tourqe arm steve.

Ok, we found an easy solution. Loops will be back up tonight. There's no need to go to a more expensive adjustment system.

We use a 5" i.d. tube for the loop. I put the loop in the press and "ovalized" it. The loop now has a 4.5" wide i.d. and a 5.5" high i.d.

This will give added height for lowered cars, and there's now way in hell the arm could ever touch the side of the loop now, no matter how low you are.

On with the show.......

So now if you've lowered your car you don't have to "massage" the underbody.

No, now you wont have driveshaft->safety loop or torque arm->safety loop interference. You may still have issues with the rear mount hitting the floor pan, by the driver's side rear seat. Note that this doesnt happen to everyone.

Now that is quick fricken service. I'm gonna have to drop my crossmember now and "ovalize" mine as well...

I'm too am glad you actually care about costomer complaints. The best products available are often times the ones that recieve the most amount of critisism. Knowing whats wrong with a product and fixing it is the best way to make a great product.

Hey Steve can the torque arm be "ovalized" by you before sending them out?
