How much grind determines the Duration???

I am looking at the Extrme energy Comp cam hydruallic roller with .487/.496 and a grind of 264, but it doesn't tell me the duration. I can't have any duration over 210/220.

Typically when CompCams lists their camshafts the "grind" number is the advertised duration on the intake side. The cam you posted about (XE264HR) has these specs:

Adv. Dur. = 264'/269'

.050" Lift Dur. = 212'/218'

Lift = .488"/.495" (1.5 ratio rockers)

LSA = 112'

I hope you know CompCams.com has all this info.
