Engine swapping, need advise!

I'm doing the unthinkable, and it's almost done, I have stuffed a 91 L98 TPI in my Astro Van, yeah, I know, guys V/8 these things on a daily basis, but I have yet to see one with the TPI.
Here's the problemo, I am wanting to **** can the smog equipment and also dump the A/C, the A/C is no sweat with the delete pulley, and the same for the smog pump. I need to know how bad my computer is going to freak out with out having the smog stuff plugged in and hooked up??????? I really don't want to keep the emissions, but I will if I can't get a top notch professional answer, Hurry Guys, I want to see this thing ripping tires off by Halloween! It's been a long dream and it's finally there!

a quick answer from a carb guy, if you are going to keep the TPI, you are going to have a chip burned that deletes the EGR!,AIR!, and smog stuff. if it is a stock setup, it may not miss the emissions stuff. might want to check on the TPI boards though.

well first off awesome!! my mom has a astro van and on the internet i saw this site that put in tpi engine into them, its a pretty easy swap from what i have seen.

to stay on topic, i have deleted my cats, air pump, a/c, and didnt touch the computer and its running great.

so you should be fine.

f.y.i u dont really need the smog delete pulley, i just used a different routing and bigger belt.
