I actually heard the Gale Banks was going to come out with a system for the 3rd-gens. You might want to check there.

Build your oun twin turbo system, a friend of mine built an intercooled twin turbo system for his 88 iroc. he used shorty headers and flipped them upside down placing the turbos toward the front of the engine, it looked very professional. he had all of the piping mandrel bent, so it all flowed very well. but it required him having to remove the AC, and a lot of the emmissions accessories, but he ran electrmotive tec 2 and leaned it out so it still passed emissions. All in all the entire set up cost him about $6500 using T26 ball bearing turbo's. That cost is the cost of the turbo system and engine management system, and cam. it does not include the internal engine work he did, to lower the compression.
He runs mid 11's on street tires, in Denver CO (approx. 6000 feet). It has not been dynoed.
he runs 16 or 17 lbs of boost with 8.5:1 compression. (could run more)
