Which of the cheap ebay brands make good rims?

Which of the cheap ebay brands make good rims?
I dont have that much money, however i need new rims pretty badly. I noticed some companies selling nicer looking rims for under 400 for a set brand new. Are there any brands that sell cheap and make good products? THanks a lot.
