MY MARCH PULLEY SET FITS LIKE CRAP!

completely disapointed with it. we had to modify the brackets, re drill and tap the head, (supposed to "bolt on to stock heads")modify the power steering pump. shim the brackets for the power steering(after the pulley was already pressed on to the pump!!! ) for a 500$ kit i was expecting a little bit more

yeah i had the same problem. i made it work and didn't press the pump pulley on all the way and had to grind a braket and shim some others. but i got it to work. I agree with you for my kit i payed about 700 i think and the same issues. bad r&d

jus tline them up. Press your power steering pump only as far as you have to to get the belts to line up. thats the only one i had a LITTLE issue with. i had no issue with the alterantor side. I have the setup with the alterantor on the Pass side top location and power steering on the driver side bottom. and thats it. No A/C no other BS.

my alt. pulley needs a shim. but the powersteering dosent sit right. tilts upwards. i shimmed it, modified the pump and got it pretty good, put the motor back in the car. but i think tomorrow im going to take it back out and get it perfect. my eyes can pick it out, my friends cant see it. id like to take some sort of micrometer to it to double check. make sure im not just losing my sanity.

i used the belt to make sure it's straight around. run the back of the belt around and see if it runs flat. BTW i had to use a belt sander on some of my parts they were too high out from the block but can't remember what parts they were. sorry
