Asm Runners are made of extruded aluminum tubing leaving them with a perfectly smooth finish as where slps are cast asm is alot more $$ but they also offer up alot more out of the box performance

I like the SLP's because you can do a lot with them. But I am biased, Check out my work: Corvetteplenum.com

Out of the box AS&M. For potential horsepower SLP.

yea i have been reading this site land you can port and polish the slp. if you do this the same with the plenum and intake, tehy are much more effective. i have everything need to port minus someone expirence and a carbite bit to do it... anyone oout there got any tips. i looked at the tech article and it really just showed some picks. i basicly got the idea down. for the plenum, grind down the restrictive blocks, or anything restrictive in the plenum. for the slp runners, you can grind down the openings for bitter air flow, and for the intake, match to your runners how big you want to get them. i was also told to leave a bit of mettle between the runner pipes to smoth out the sir flow. the key is not to go to thin...keep it even and dont hit a screw hole so how am i doing? pretty much got the idea?
