performance chips
i was looking on ebay for those hard to find part and stuff and i cam across a chip for a 70hp 70lbs of torque and a 35% gas increase for only like 20$ is it crap or a good deal? I thought that it would be to good to be true so has any one heard of this chip.

Junk.
It isnt even a chip, all it is is a resistor that trick ECM into thinking the coolant is a different temperature.

If a $20 chip could add 70hp to a car, don't you think they'd come stock on every car?

A specific tune for your car from an experienced tuner could not get 70 hp / tq... A good tune with some engine mods, yeah... but not a $20 resistor...
