1st a good tune-up . next better breathing , headers & intake . keep checking this forum , a vast wealth of info. . good luck .

 

Put an MSD distributor and ignition in it! K&N air filters, headers and full 3" exhaust, Flowmaster, etc., 58mm throttle body (BBK), and a real cam and heads or port yours!!!

 

a 58mm throttle body is way to big and just a waste of money. The stock 48 will flow plenty for his car, and most others on this board also. The best thing to do is some sub frame connectors. Change all the fluids, plugs wires and get a good tune up. Then attack the exhaust, heads, intake and then possible cam, torque converter etc. This can go on forever

 

If you are paying for parts like everyone is saying, just look into better exhaust and nitrous Oxide kit, but all starts with a really good tune up.
